Project Success is a grassroots, not-for-profit Community Learning Center in the heart of Ogden. Our motto is “Keeping Hope Alive” and we work side by side with youth and families to spark dreams, fuel ambition, and inspire a vision of a vibrant, connected community. We open doors to opportunity through programs that celebrate arts and culture, strengthen academic foundations, and champion health and wellness. Our vision is to be a trusted resource, and to empower every person we serve to reach their dreams and create lasting, positive change in the world.
Since 1989, Project Success has been proud to serve the greater Ogden community, creating opportunities and programs that inspire growth, learning, and celebration. We focus on three key pillars: Health and Wellness, Education, and Cultural Arts, bringing people together and supporting families at every stage of life.
We empower individuals and families to thrive through programs that support mental health, maternal health through Sister and Sister, physical health with Family, Fun, and Fitness, and tobacco prevention and cessation initiatives, and advocating for equitable policies.
We help young people reach their full potential with programs like Sancofa Academy, Harambee Youth, FLI Future Leaders Initiative, Back to School Giveaway, STEM Camp, and Film Camp, providing tools, experiences, and guidance for lifelong learning.
We celebrate community, culture, and heritage with events that bring people together, including Juneteenth, Kwanzaa, Gift of Love, Hat’s Off Mother’s Day Brunch, and the MLK Breakfast and March.
Through every program and event, Project Success is building stronger families, inspiring young leaders, and keeping hope alive in Utah.
